Let's take a look on how to use HarvestTraffic coop

Step 2) In member's area select Advertising--> My Websites:

Step 3) Add your website:

Step 4) Locate your website and click on Block Source

Step 5) From there you type in the traffic exchange names you are surfing

on daily basis or just block the ones you know are performing poor for you

Step 6) After your website has been added and unwanted sources have

been blocked, it is time to get your coop link

Step 7) Your coop link looks like this:

(Mine is https://harvesttraffic.com/coop/?usercode=4990)

Step 8) Now select sites that give you increased clicking power,

like TrafficG and Easyhits4u, mix them with more of other exchanges

and drive traffic to your coop link

Now your site is gonna get hits from HarvestTraffic coop, while you

send hits to HarvestTraffic coop

Simple, right? :)

That is how every coop acts on basic level.

If you want to check where your coop traffic is coming from,

simply go back to My Websites and click on Stats next to it
